Idea Bible, Pasadena Garfield Heights Bungalow

For a client who wants guidance but doesn't want to hire a designer to handle everything, an 'idea bible' is ideal. It's a personalized collection of sketches, materials, ideas, colors and suggestions meant to provide options. Then, it's up to the client to move forward, either with or without further assistance from me.

Sometimes a large idea board, covered with visual stimuli, can help show a client the broad concept for a space.

Hancock Park Historical Home, Living Room

Concepts for the living room.

This is a room which doesn't get much use, but it's still one of the first spaces you see upon entering the home, so it should be warm and interesting.
